And today marks the first day of snow ~ Good to see you ~
Although I'm not much of a party person, this is one party I always hate to see end.Shall I
yes, it is, with the snow covering the last of the leaves!we too in Indiana had our first snow last night.your blog title is intriguing!
magical haiku♥
"maple leaf confetti"I will never look at fallen maple leaves again without thinking of this line!Blossoms
You sure nailed this one! Those maple leaves always wait sooooo long to fall. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!
Hope you are enjoying it...Merry Christmas Grace :)
It does always feel a bit too soon...but then the snow brings with it a magic all it's own.
I have relatives out there...I am sure there will be lots more to come, right? Thanks Norma, Merry Christmas.
Thank you very much.
Thanks Mark! Merry Christmas :)
Thank you WabiSabi! Enjoyed your haiku too...Merry Christmas :-)
Gorgeous haiku, P. L. Always a pleasure to see what gem you've written. Happy first day of winter!
And what a party it was, albeit too short-lived.....Winter is the next gala event!
So beautifully put...your Haiku is among my all-time favorites! Our Fall was long and warm and grand, but last weekend winter began in earnest, and hasn't let up since...it's nice!
Good one. Autumn IS a party. Had not thought of it quite like that.
Lolly-thank you! I feel the same about your poetry--beautiful stuff. Happy first day to you too :)
Indeed! Hope you enjoy yours. :)
Wow-you made my day with that compliment! We had a gorgeous autumn too...looking forward to what winter brings. Merry Christmas~~
Autumn is a festivity of colors...at least here where I live. Thanks Annie.
