Wolf Moon Howls

it’s just a moment in the snow,
everything so suddenly white,
so clear,

you lose your balance—
your foggy breath wisp-
ing

pouring out
a glass
of yesterday’s rain

in wolf moon howls
through silvered firs—
the sky winking back,

peace
folding,
closing

"pouring out a glass of yesterday's rain"
A deep historic, and thoughtful line, lovit_! _m

(A metaphor -yesterday's wine-?)

the words floated through the air as I read them....like snowflakes. Lovely.

This is so lovely and organic in the words and the flow of form - it kind of wisps off the page. A wonderfully unique and mesmerizing piece.
