When things are not clear, we can only hope for a better and brighter day ~Beautiful message Jennifer ~
The is so adroitly done, and so pleasing. So that's what benevolent shadows do when we're not looking.
This is magical, Jen.
Beautifully penned. There are definitely messages to be found in shadows.
Nice tight rhythm. Shadow is a worthy and mysterious subject.
Oh, I do like this My favorite shadowleaves meto climb its own trees.
lovely. sad that a favorite shadow should disappear, but if it brings back gifts...especially when it helps to reacquaint you with lost dreams.
I really like this, and felt it.
Oh, I just love the title, and all that follows it. Perfect.
I love your work, Jennifer. This one is enchanting.
'when the view down here is not so clear...' It gets like that, doesn't hit. beautiful whispers of hope. lovely.
'doesn't it?' 'it......' oops.
Your imagination soared with this one. So witty, succinct, and charming.
how cool is that when the own shadow leaves for adventures while you sleep...made me smile

This is really good Jennifer. I love the idea of that free-spirited shadow and I agree that the title is a total winner :)
Nicely expressed wise tidbit of truth and wisdom. I don't think we could survive without hope.
I had not thought of our shadow as hope before, but your are so right; it never leaves us ..nice.
Yes... magical is the word for this one...to gather what dreams forget...nice!
Simple, beautiful and deep - my favourite kind of poetry.
The title of this is the most beautiful title I've ever seen...and that carries into the body of the poem as well. Wow my friend...
